I get it, I’ve been there too, and on occasions, I too, am transported back to the place where life feels “hard.” Your default may be to read self-help books, listen to inspiring podcasts, be more disciplined, more consistent and set yourself ambitious goals, and for a while this works. Until it doesn’t, and that’s because no matter how much you try, something still feels off. You find yourself:
