Personal, team and organisational development

Hello and welcome to my space.

I explore ways we can all develop both personally and professionally in order to maintain balance in our lives. Juggling busy work and home lives can be a challenge and my aim here is to provide you with resources that help you find your balance, restoring equilibrium in a busy world.

I love reading non-fiction books and dabbling in all things creative and look forward to sharing these insights with you.

I am passionate about personal development and have 25 years experience of working in the NHS and the past 15 years have been in organisational development. My expertise is in wellness, leadership, coaching, team development and organisational culture.

I am a Coach specialising in lifestyle and wellness, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner (International NLP Trainers Association).

This website is about bringing my skills and passions together in one space, so that I can share what I know and care about with you and we can learn, develop, and support each other in the process.

It all began with an idea.

Back at the beginning of 2022, I began to imagine a new future for myself. The last two years have seen many changes in all our lives and mine was no different. I often ponder on what has gone before and how I might like my future to be as I ease myself into a new phase in my life.

Here are some of the questions I started to ask myself:

  • What do I want to do with the next few years of my working life?

  • What project is hiding in my heart that deserves more time and dedication?

  • What would I do today, if I knew I could not fail?

  • What brings me joy?

  • What can I do with all the ‘stuff’ I know?

  • Who can I share it with?

  • Who might benefit?

And so this space was imagined and brought to life.
