At NeuroSoul Coaching, I believe lasting wellbeing begins from the inside out. While the world often encourages us to change our circumstances first, true transformation starts by reconnecting with ourselves. By combining evidence-based neuroscience with mindfulness, emotional well-being, and personal reflection, I help people understand how their thoughts, emotions, nervous system and beliefs influence the way they experience life.
NeuroSoul Coaching blends neuroscience, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and spiritually grounded insight to support you in gently moving out of survival mode and back into a felt sense of inner safety, balance, and self-trust, allowing change to unfold in a way that feels sustainable rather than forced.

My Story
In March 2023, my life inextricably changed in a single moment; that moment was holding my darling Cocker Spaniel, Holly, in my arms, as she took her last breath.
She was and still is, everything to me that epitomises ‘love’.
I searched for her, searching for explanations of where she was, and when she came to me and showed me signs that she was still with me, I began my journey into understanding spirituality and energy.
Combined with a need for self-discovery and making sense of life, I began to return to a part of myself I lost along the ups and downs of life.
I explored new advances in neuroscience, quantum physics, the mind-body connection, meditation, mindfulness, and the importance of stillness in overall inner wellness.
I genuinely believe Holly led me to where I am today; it was her parting gift, and I feel her legacy lives on in the work I am committed to and connected with, which is to provide a philosophy of life that others can explore for themselves.
I am still exploring my journey with Holly by my side – life is not perfect or linear, and each day is a striving for balance.
I‘m forever grateful that Holly chose to spend her life with me.
